An ambitious project between Linda, who has always been passionate about the food and wine world and Dominico Tromiro, our Neapolitan Chef, created a restaurant offering tradition and innovation at the same time. Re-learn to taste genuine food of the past mixed with the creativity of our modern time.  Our secret is simplicity.  It is a must when mastering the subtle techniques of fine cooking.  Simplicity means only the essentials and the highest quality of fresh produce. It means tradition infused with creative intuition.

Our contemporary Italian and Mediterranean menu is created from fresh products, grown or produced by us or local producers that are seasonal.  We use vegetables only at the time of year when they grow in nature, ensuring each plate is delicious and flavorful.

Our cuisine is the fruit of long experience that starts with the traditions of Tuscany and looks to those of the modern world that makes our food complete, balanced, and in harmony with the seasons. We use fresh products of the highest quality, bringing to the table the work and passion of those who believe in what they produce.

Specialties include fresh seafood flown in daily, ever-changing amuse-bouche, calamari, seasonal soups, suckling pig, handmade pasta and breads, and our fantastic desserts which you will talk about forever!  Our perfectly prepared meats over an open flame in our brick oven are always fabulous. And don’t forget to join us in the kitchen during the day for a slice of fresh-baked cake or cantucci.

Let our chef delight you with a large breakfast full of freshly made items, for lunch try a fresh packed picnic, or dine on our terrace, for a private dinner overlooking Montepulciano and Mount Amiata.

Our wine cellar has a strong focus on local labels, with particular emphasis given to boutique, quality producers, as well as paying homage to the great wines of Italy.  We also offer a selection of locally-produced artisanal beers.

We also make and use our own extra virgin olive oil and a blend of different typically Tuscan cultivars which give our oil an intense and full-bodied taste. An extra virgin with a green fruity taste, with fascinating sensations of grass and artichoke combined with pleasant notes of bitter and spicy.
