Arrival & Logistics
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and we kindly ask that guests check out by 11:00 AM. If you plan to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you or safely store your luggage while you enjoy the estate.
How do I get to LaChiusa?
We are located in the heart of the Tuscan countryside in Montefollonico. Because of our beautiful rural setting, we highly recommend arriving by car. We provide complimentary, secure on-site parking for all our guests. If you prefer not to drive, please contact our concierge, and we can arrange a private transfer from the nearest train station or airport.

Are you a dog-friendly hotel?
Absolutely! We know that dogs are part of the family, and we are delighted to welcome your four-legged companions to our Tuscan estate. With our expansive olive groves and walking paths, it is a wonderful place for them to explore. Please let us know at the time of booking that you will be bringing your dog so we can prepare your room perfectly. (Note: You can add any specific fee or dining room restrictions here if George has them).
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes, a complimentary, farm-to-table Tuscan breakfast is included for all hotel guests. We serve freshly brewed espresso, local meats and cheeses, homemade jams, and artisanal pastries every morning.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the main public areas of the hotel.

Do I need a reservation for the restaurant?
Because our farm-to-table restaurant is highly sought after by both hotel guests and locals, we strongly recommend making dinner reservations in advance to guarantee your table.
Can I book a cooking class or olive oil tasting during my stay?
Yes! We are incredibly proud of our on-site Cooking School and our historic Olive Oil Club. Classes and tastings are very popular, so we recommend exploring our “Experiences” page and booking these directly before you arrive.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
Certainly. Our culinary team is happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary requirements. Please notify us of any allergies when making your room or restaurant reservation so our chef can prepare accordingly.
Booking & Policies
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% deposit by credit card or bank transfer is required upon confirmation of your reservation.
Within 16 days before arrival the deposit will be refunded.
From 15 days to 3 days before arrival the deposit is non-refundable.
2 days before arrival or in case of no-show: full payment will be charged.
